이름과 비밀번호 길이가 각 3보다 크고 8 이상이라고 해서 그부분을 if 문 안에 넣어줬다.

6번을 하는데 개고생 했더니 

8번은 엄청 쉬웠다. 그냥 .length 만 붙여서 리턴하는 것 밖에 없었음.
